Jules Edgecombe replied sayin' it made him feel sad. I felt the same.
But it was there for us, mate.
At the end of the day it did so well what there isn't much of now.
It gave a lot of employment to unskilled workers, of which I was one.
Fuzzy replies:
Yes Bob ... it served its purpose , I left School Pictures Ltd.in 1976 having learnt the whole process of Photo finishing . from Booking in the morning delivery of films from School Photographers . I learnt film processing ,paper processing , printing , film editing , colour grading , everything through to despatch .. £18 a week .Went Dairy with no skills ,bagging milk powder in Scott Spray now on £37 a week !!
